If you want to change the shoes, please send it back within 7 days and be responsible for the shipping. (Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packing, and accompanied by the original packing slip so we can properly credit your shoes for another one.)

1.we are committed to your complete satisfaction. You must contact us before sending the items back All items sent back to us must be in their original condition.I.E not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
 
2. If returning items for a refund, all returned items are subjet to a 15% returning fee, Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
 
3. We don’t cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and  handling costs, Additionally,we recommend that you add  tracking and insurance for your own protection.as we can`t be responsible for lost shipments.

The shoes we sell are as the same as originals.They come with dust bags,box,cards,red sole!
